Carmel, IN — Thompson Thrift has sold two single-tenant buildings at Prairie Lakes Shopping Center in Noblesville, Ind.

The Sherwin-Williams Company and Burger King currently lease the freestanding buildings, located on the northeast corner of 141st Street and State Road 37 at 14125 Mundy Drive. Sherwin-Williams occupies a 4,000-square-foot building, and Burger King occupies a 2,200-square-foot building on an outlot in front of the center. Both properties were developed and constructed by Thompson Thrift.

Jeff Wright of Thompson Thrift represented the seller, and Brent Hensley of Net Leased Real Properties represented the buyer, Booth Business Park.
