On June 8, 2010, Watermark Residential broke ground on Watermark at EastChase Apartment Homes in Montgomery. Ala. Mayor Todd Strange, Randall L. George-President of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce and Eric Garrett-Managing Partner of Watermark Residential were all present to talk about the benefits of a large apartment home complex moving to the EastChase area.

Watermark at EastChase will consist of 272 Class A apartment homes that average more than 1,000 square feet per home and will be built on nearly 26 acres.

The community is located at 8462 EastChase Parkway, Montgomery, Ala. within The Shoppes at EastChase, an open air shopping center. The first buildings will be completed by October 2010 and the entire community will be completed by June 2011.
