Silky Nails recently leased 1,200 square feet at Shelbyville Marketplace for an initial term of five years. Shelbyville Marketplace, an 80 plus acre mixed use development, is located on the southwest corner of State Rd. 44 and Progress Parkway and includes such retailers as First Financial Bank, White Castle and Aaron’s Rents.

Chris Hake of Thompson Thrift represented the owner, Duran Property group. The tenant represented themselves.

Silky Nails will join Duran Chiropractic and Advanced Physical Therapy in a small shop that is slated to begin construction in May. There is approximately 2,800 square feet of leasing space remaining.
