Thompson Thrift Development has entered into a lease agreement with Interstate Batteries at the retail development, Rockville Pointe, in Avon, Ind.

Interstate Batteries, a retail facility that sells a variety of portable batteries, will occupy 2,203 square feet for an initial period of 5 years. The store is located in a multi-tenant retail building shared by Flagstar Bank, Papa Murphy’s, Fiesta Hair Salon and Firehouse Subs. Carrie Thrift represented Thompson Thrift and Lee Willhite of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Rockville Pointe is a new retail shopping center located on State Rd. 36 in Avon just across Meijer and Menards.
