Aaron’s Rents coming to Shelbyville Marketplace

Shelbyville, Ind. —Aaron’s Rents has purchased a 0.98-acre outlot located just off the southwest corner of State Road 44 and Progress Parkway in Shelbyville, Ind. Aaron’s will sit on what is considered as Lot #3 in Shelbyville Marketplace, an 80 plus acre mixed use development. Aaron’s will join White Castle and First Financial Bank within the development.

Chris Hake represented the buyer, DKH Properties (Aaron’s Rents) and O.J. Stocker represented the seller, Progress Parkway LLC. Construction for the project is set to start in late spring or early summer.

Aaron’s Rents is a specialty retailer of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories. They have more than 1,500 company operated and franchised stores across the United States and Canada.
