MIDDLETOWN, OH — Thompson Thrift recently sold a Corporate Verizon Wireless, single-tenant building located at 3663 Town Blvd in Middletown, OH.
Developed by Thompson Thrift, this is the first LEED certified Verizon Wireless store in the Midwest region. The property traded at approximately an 8.5% capitalization rate. Chris Hake represented Thompson Thrift, and John Reehil and Dan Yozwiak of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, Thales Pavlatos.
Verizon Wireless is a wireless carrier who serves over 90 million customers across the United States. They are headquartered in Basking Ridge, N.J. and are a joint venture of Verizon Communications and Vodafone.
