Carmel, IN — Great Harvest Bread Co. has agreed to a 10-year lease at the Providence Shoppes in Carmel, Ind. This neighborhood bakery specializes in freshly-milled whole grain, artisan style breads and gourmet sandwiches made with highest quality, pure and simple ingredients. Great Harvest Bread Co. will occupy 2,366 square feet and be located at 12505 Old Meridian Suite 100.

Providence Shoppes is a newly constructed mixed-use development serving the Carmel trade area and is within close proximity to office, medical, retail, residential, and two regional hospitals. Other tenants in this development include Stacked Pickle, When Eddie Met Salad, Ming’s Wok and Bellissimo Salon.

Great Harvest Bread Co. represented themselves, and Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift and Natasha Evans of Buckingham Companies represented the landlord, Buckingham Companies.
