Carmel, Ind. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Point Blank Nutrition at Cool Creek Village in Carmel.

Point Blank Nutrition specializes in custom programs utilizing premium supplements and vitamins for overall health and well-being. Point Blank Nutrition will occupy 1,434 square feet at 2784 E. 146th St. for a period of five years. Point Blank Nutrition represented themselves and Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord.

Located on East 146th Street, the LA Fitness-anchored development serves the Carmel and Westfield trade area. Other tenants include National Bank of Indianapolis, Cookie Cutters, Play N Trade, Kearns Chiropractic and Jet’s Pizza.
