Mattoon, Ill. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Tan Express at their retail development, Mattoon Marketplace, in Mattoon, Ill.

Tan Express will lease 2,208 square feet at 134 Dettro Drive for a period of ten years in a multi-tenant, in-line building next to Jackie’s Nails and Citi Financial. Tan Express is a privately owned tanning salon with other locations in Charleston, Effingham, Shelbyville and two in Mattoon.

Other tenants in Mattoon Marketplace include Buffalo Wild Wings, Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sports, Cato, GameStop, Verizon Wireless and Snap Fitness. This shopping center shares access with Wal-Mart Supercenter.
