CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development has entered into a lease agreement with Papa Murphy’s at the new retail development, Rockville Pointe, in Avon, Ind.

Papa Murphy’s, a “take-and-bake” pizza shop, will occupy 1,204 square-feet for a period of
5 years. The carry-out only restaurant will be located in a multi-tenant retail building shared by Flagstar Bank and Fiesta Hair Salon and Firehouse Subs. Carrie Thrift represented Thompson Thrift and the tenant represented themselves.

Rockville Pointe is a new retail shopping center located on State Rd. 36 in Avon just across Meijer and Menards.
