CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with WineThyme at Geist Landing of Fishers.
 
WineThyme, a specialty wine and gourmet food store, will lease 1,734 square feet for a period of five years at 11677 Olio Road. Carrie Thrift of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord and Mike Cole of Dury Investment Group represented the tenant.
 
Geist Landing of Fishers is located at the northeast corner of 116th Street and Olio Road near Geist Reservoir. WineThyme will be joining Buffalo Wild Wings (now open), National Bank of Indianapolis, Discount Tire and Kiddie Academy.
