CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development has entered into a lease agreement
with Fannie May Fine Chocolates at its new retail development, Shoppes at Raceway,
in Avon, Ind. Fannie May will be located at 10973 East US Highway 36
 
Fannie May will occupy 1,198 square-feet for a period of 5 years. The Chocolatier will join the Vitamin Shoppe and Aspen Dental in the 100% leased retail center. Carrie Thrift represented Thompson Thrift and Keith Turnbill with Re-Max Select Realtors represented the tenant.
 
Shoppes at Raceway is a new retail shopping center located on State Rd. 36 in Avon in front of Meijer.
