CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development recently entered into a fee development agreement with IL. & IN. Restaurant Realty, LLC to develop a new International House of Pancakes(IHOP) in Columbus, Ind.
 
The IHOP will occupy a 1.37 acre outlot in front of Menard’s and Sam’s Club. Tony Orlando represented IL. & IN. Restaurants, LLC and Kevin Martin represented Johnson Oil Company in the sale of the property.
 
The new Columbus IHOP will be located just off of Johnson Blvd. and will be completed in November 2009.
