CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development has entered into a lease agreement with Firehouse Subs at its new retail development, Rockville Pointe, in Avon, Ind.

The first Firehouse Subs to locate in Indiana will occupy 1,715 square-feet for a period of
5 years. The restaurant will be located in a multi-tenant retail building shared by Flagstar Bank and Fiesta Hair Salon. Carrie Thrift represented Thompson Thrift and Jake Johnson of Situs Realty Corporation represented the tenant.

Although it will be the first Firehouse Subs in Indiana, they are currently celebrating 14 years in business and they have opened more than 350 restaurants in 17 states.

Rockville Pointe is a new retail shopping center located on State Rd. 36 in Avon just across from Meijer and Menards.

Thompson Thrift is a full-service real estate development and construction company with offices in Carmel and Terre Haute, Ind.
