CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development has entered into a lease agreement with Kiddie Academy at its new retail development, Geist Landing of Fishers.

Kiddie Academy will occupy 10,000 square-feet for a period of 15 years. The child-care education center will be located north of the 14,040 square-foot multi-tenant retail building, which recently completed construction. Carrie Thrift and Ashlee Boyd represented Thompson Thrift and Jon Hardy of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.

Geist Landing of Fishers is located at the northeast corner of 116th Street and Olio Road near Geist Reservoir. Once completed, the development will span approximately 9 acres.
