CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development recently signed a lease with McDonald’s
at its Ft. Wayne, Ind. shopping center development, Lima Marketplace.

McDonald’s will occupy a 1.1 acre outlot at 9827 Lima Rd. in Ft. Wayne. The lease is for
a period of 20 years. Jeff Wright of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord and Jessica Howell of the Zacher Company represented the tenant.

Located at the corner of Lima and Dupont Rd., Lima Marketplace is home to several national tenants including PetSmart, Office Depot, Dollar Tree, Sherwin Williams and Arby’s.
