CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift Development recently signed a lease with Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids at its new mixed-use development, Cool Creek Village.

Cookie Cutters will occupy 1,100 square feet at 2768 E. 146th St. in Carmel. The lease is for a period of 10 years. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord and Ryan Zickler of Zickler Associates represented the tenant.

Located on East 146th Street, the LA Fitness-anchored development serves the Carmel and Westfield trade area.
