CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Anytime Fitness at Warsaw Commons in Warsaw, Ind.

Anytime Fitness will lease 3,150 square feet at 566 W. County Road 300 N. for a period of five years in a multi-tenant building on an outlot in front of Kohl’s. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. Scott Weidholz of Franchise Real Estate represented the tenant.
