TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Nancy’s Nails at South Pointe Crossing in Terre Haute.

Nancy’s Nails will lease 1,390 square feet for a period of five years at 4800 S. U.S. 41. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. The tenant represented themselves. Only two spaces remain available in this development.
