CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift has signed leases with two new tenants at Lima Marketplace in Fort Wayne, Ind.

America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses will lease 3,200 square feet for a period of five years at 10021 Lima Road. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord, and Jim Cowan of CB Richard Ellis/Sturges represented the tenant.

Gamestop will lease 1,657 square feet for a period of five years at 10025 Lima Road. Again, Gershman represented the landlord, Thompson Thrift, and Bill French of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the tenant.

Lima Marketplace is situated at the southwest corner of Lima Road and Dupont Road adjacent to the new Wal-Mart Supercenter. The development is anchored by PetSmart and Office Depot. Lima Marketplace offers tremendous access and visibility in a high-growth and dynamic trade area with high traffic counts.
