Carmel, IN — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Nutrition Redefined at Cool Creek Village in Carmel.

Nutrition Redefined will occupy 1,434 square feet at 2784 E. 146th St for a period of five years. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord, and the tenant represented themselves.

Cool Creek Village is a newly constructed mixed-use development serving the Carmel/Westfield trade area. LA Fitness is currently under construction at this development and is scheduled to open in early December. Other tenants include Thompson Thrift Development Inc., Eureka Ventures, Garvin Family Dentistry, The National Bank of Indianapolis and Play N Trade,
