CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Sport Clips at Stoney Creek Commons in Noblesville.

Sport Clips will lease 1,392 square feet at 16625 Mercantile Boulevard for a period of five years.  The sport-themed men’s haircut franchise will be located in a multi-tenant building on an outlot in front of Lowe’s at Stoney Creek Marketplace on State Road 37. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord, Doppco. Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic Properties represented the tenant.
