CARMEL, Ind. — A former International House of Pancakes location at 1549 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis has sold.

The 13,198-square-foot building is located at the southeast corner of 16th and Meridian Streets. Tony Orlando of Thompson Thrift represented the seller, IL & IN Restaurant Realty, LLC. The buyer, GB Indiana 2, LLC, plans to construct a 12,900-square-foot CVS building on this site and adjoining properties.
