CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with The Sherwin-Williams Company at the Grand Valley Center on State Road 37 and Grand Valley Boulevard in Martinsville.

Sherwin-Williams will lease 4,000 square feet for a period of 15 years on an outlot in front of the development anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter. Jeff Wright of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. The tenant represented themselves.
