CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift has signed a lease with Portrait Innovations for Greenwood Park Mall.

Portrait Innovations will lease 2,250 square feet at 1251 U.S. Highway 31 N. in Greenwood, Ind. The lease is for a period of 10 years. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the tenant, and the landlord, Simon Property Group, represented themselves.

Thompson Thrift is a full-service real estate development and construction company with offices in Carmel and Terre Haute, Ind.
