CARMEL, Ind. – Thompson Thrift recently completed the sale of a medical office at 227 E. McCallister Drive in Terre Haute.

The sale included a 9,020-square-foot freestanding building plus an additional .936-acre vacant lot adjoining the property. Terre Haute Surgical Center LLC currently leases the single-tenant building as the St. Vincent Surgery Center of Terre Haute. The property was developed and constructed by Thompson Thrift.

Jeff Wright of Thompson Thrift represented the seller, and the buyer, Terre Haute Medical Clinical Facility LLC, represented themselves.
