CARMEL, Ind. – Thompson Thrift has completed the sale of a single-tenant building at Concord Plaza in Lafayette.

Burger King is currently leasing the 2,200-square-foot freestanding building at 3555 Promenade Parkway, which is located in front of Wal-Mart Supercenter at County Road 350 South and Concord Road. The property was developed and constructed by Thompson Thrift. Adjacent to the building, Thompson Thrift holds .55 acres of residual ground remaining to be developed.

Jeff Wright of Thompson Thrift represented the seller, and Paul Bonanno of Net Leased Real Properties represented the buyer, 111 on 11 Realty Delaware LLC.
