MyMenu Joins Lima Marketplace

CARMEL, Ind. — Thompson Thrift has signed a lease with MyMenu at its new retail development in Fort Wayne.  

MyMenu will lease 1,400 square feet in a multi-tenant building located on an outlot in Lima Marketplace. The lease is for a period of five years at 9811 Lima Road. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord, and Carol Lockhart of Baum Realty Group represented the tenant.

MyMenu is a specialty frozen food chain that caters to people who wish to buy frozen prepared meals. It is the American version of M&M Meat Shops, the largest specialty frozen food retailer in Canada.

Lima Marketplace is situated at the southwest corner of Lima Road and Dupont Road adjacent to the new Wal-Mart SuperCenter. Construction is currently underway on several of the development’s tenants including Arby’s, PetSmart and Office Depot. Dollar Tree and Sherwin Williams are already open. Lima Marketplace offers tremendous access and visibility in a high-growth and dynamic trade area with high traffic counts.
