Carmel, IN — Thompson Thrift recently signed leases with two tenants at its new mixed-used development – Cool Creek Village.

Martinizing Dry Cleaners will occupy 2,064 square feet at 2796 E. 146th St. in Carmel. The lease is for a period of 10 years. Susannah Gershman of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord, and Ed Bonacker of The Swiss Group represented the tenant.

Kearns Chiropractic will occupy 2,151 square feet for a period of 10 years at 2776 E. 146th St. Gershman represented the landlord, and David Simons of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.

Located on East 146th Street, Cool Creek Village is a 79,800-square-foot development serving the Carmel/Westfield trade area. Thompson Thrift recently completed construction of a two-story, 34,800-square-foot building at the site. The first floor provides retail opportunities, and the second floor houses offices including Thompson Thrift Development Inc., Eureka Ventures and Garvin Family Dentistry. LA Fitness will also be located in the development. The fitness club will occupy a 45,000-square-foot freestanding building that is currently being constructed.
