Carmel, IN — Customers of The National Bank of Indianapolis will have another location to conduct their banking at next year.
The bank recently signed an agreement to open a branch location in a new Thompson Thrift development in Westfield. Scheduled to open in 2008, the bank will be located on an outlot in Cool Creek Village at 2740 E. 146th St.
“We think the Cool Creek Village development is an ideal location for us to provide the high level of personal service that our banking clients enjoy,” said Morrie Maurer, President and Chief Executive Officer of The National Bank of Indianapolis. “We are very impressed with the site’s easy access and its central location that is in close proximity to several important neighborhoods that will provide what we believe to be outstanding convenience for our present and future customers.”
The National Bank of Indianapolis is a locally owned, full-service national bank headquartered in downtown Indianapolis.
“We are excited to have a quality financial institution like The National Bank of Indianapolis as part of our tenant mix in this development,” said Paul Thrift of Thompson Thrift.
Cool Creek Village is a 14-acre mixed-use development project. Thompson Thrift recently began construction on a two-story, 33,200-square-foot building at the site. Once completed, the first floor will provide retail opportunities, and the second floor will house offices including Thompson Thrift Development currently located at 90 Executive Drive, Suite C in Carmel.
