Thompson Thrift Signs Several New Tenants at Lima Marketplace

Carmel,  IN —  PetSmart, Office Depot, Sherwin Williams, Centennial Wireless and Arby’s have all signed on as tenants at Lima Marketplace in Fort Wayne.

PetSmart Inc. will lease a 20,277-square-foot space for a period of 10 years. Jeff Wright of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. Adrian Brown of Gershman Brown Associates represented the tenant.

Office Depot took 20,857 square feet for a 10-year term. Jeff Wright represented the landlord. Connie Niessink of Niessink Commercial represented the tenant.

Sherwin-Williams will lease 4,500 square feet for 15 years. Jeff Wright represented the landlord and tenant.

Centennial Wireless took 2,800 square feet for a 5-year term. Susannah Wade of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. Brad Sturges of CBRE represented the tenant.

Arby’s will occupy a .97-acre outlot at the center for a term of 20 years. Building plans are not yet final but will be between 2,800 to 3,400 square feet. Jeff Wright represented the landlord. Bill Martin of Martin Goldstine Knapke represented the tenant.

Lima Marketplace, a Thompson Thrift development, is situated at the southwest corner of Lima Road and Dupont Road. The site is adjacent to a Wal-Mart SuperCenter currently under construction. The site offers tremendous access and visibility in a high-growth and dynamic trade area with high traffic counts. Lima Marketplace is scheduled to open in Spring 2008.
