Carmel,  IN —  Thompson Thrift recently signed leases with Eyecare Express and Portrait Innovations Inc. at the Shoppes of Honey Creek in Terre Haute, Ind.

Eyecare Express will lease 3,910 square feet at 3363 S. US 41 for a period of five years. Susannah Wade of Thompson Thrift represented both the landlord and the tenant.

Portrait Innovations Inc. took 1,990 square feet at 3355 S. US 41 for a 5-year term. Susannah Wade represented both the landlord and tenant.

Constructed in the fall of 2005, the Shoppes of Honey Creek is located in front of Honey Creek Mall and offers more than 15,000 square feet of retail space.
