Carmel,  IN —  Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with MEC Dental III at Geist Crossing Shoppes in Indianapolis.

MEC Dental III will lease 1,600 square feet at 9751 Fall Creek Road for a period of five years. C.T. Voyles of Thompson Thrift represented the tenant. Paul Rogozinski of Veritas Realty represented the landlord. Geist Crossing Shoppes is located at the southeast corner of East 79th Street and Fall Creek Road. Kroger serves as the center's anchor tenant.
