Carmel,  IN — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar at Mattoon Marketplace in Mattoon, Ill. Buffalo Wild Wings will occupy 5,410 square feet at 124 Dettro Drive for a period of 10 years.

Other tenants at the center include Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sporting Goods, QQ Buffet, Jackie's Nails, Wireless Mike's and Cato. Mattoon Marketplace is adjacent to a Wal-Mart shopping center on State Road 16. Susannah Wade of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. Michael O'Neal of Coldwell Banker Heart of America represented the tenant.
