Terre Haute,  IN — Thompson Thrift recently signed a lease with Beneficial Finance at Towne South in Terre Haute. Beneficial Finance will occupy 2,000 square feet at 3712 S. U.S. 41 for a period of five years.

Other tenants at the center include PetSmart, Gander Mountain, Goody's, Dollar Tree and Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar. Susannah Wade of Thompson Thrift represented the landlord. Andrew Schrage of Sandor Development represented the tenant.
