Carmel, IN — Thompson Thrift Development has recently signed leases with several retailers.

In Terre Haute, Ind., PCA Wireless will occupy a 1,200-square-foot building at the intersection of Ft. Harrison Road and Lafayette Avenue for a period of five years. Construction at 1834 Lafayette Ave. is scheduled to begin the middle of June with PCA Wireless expected to open this fall.

At Mattoon Marketplace in Mattoon, Ill., Thompson Thrift Development signed a lease with Regis Corporation for BoRics Hair Care Center. BoRics will occupy 1,200 square feet in a multi-tenant outlot building to be constructed at 1007 Charleston Ave., East. The lease is for a period of five years. Construction is scheduled to begin in late June with BoRics Hair Care expected to open this fall.

In Martinsville, Ind., Sherwin-Williams will lease a 4,000-square-foot freestanding building for a period of 15 years. Beginning in mid-July, Thompson Thrift Construction will begin work on the build-to-suit located on a Wal-Mart outlot off of State Road 37. The project is expected to be completed this December.
