Carmel, IN — Thompson Thrift recently signed leases with The Sherwin-Williams Company for two locations in Indiana.

In Franklin, Sherwin-Williams will lease 4,800 square feet for a period of 10 years at 1200 N. Morton St. in Canary Creek Shoppes. The landlord, Presnell Companies, was represented by Fred Paris of Presnell, and Tony Orlando of Thompson Thrift represented the tenant.

In Greenwood, Sherwin-Williams will lease 4,000 square feet for a period of 15 years at the southeast corner of State Road 135 and Faith Street in the Shoppes at Meridian Markets. Scott Courtney of Grubb & Ellis/Harding Dahm & Company represented the landlord, Meridian Market Shoppes, LLC, and Orlando, again, represented the tenant.
